My accomplishments in this area...

The school library program is operated with proper ethics and management skills. I can successfully design and direct the program so that all patrons are aware of and in support of the school mission and vision. Also, digital citizenship will be taught and modeled consistently while providing access to a diverse community through the collection and the physical environment. Technical management of the library, such as budgeting and resources, will be strategic to provide the absolute best place for all learners.
